Wheel and The Hubcaps was formed early in 2001 by four guys bent on playing Rock
'n' Roll that is both enjoyable to listen to, and also Rock 'n' Roll to.
All four members of the band have previous experience in Cabaret, Country Rock,
Jazz and Session Work....How-ever, Rock 'n' Roll is the common bond that makes
this the band for Rockin' The Night Away.
Whether you are a listener, a reminiscer, a toe-tapper, or a full on Rock 'n'
Roller.
Big Wheel and The Hubcaps is a blast from the past, bringing Rock 'n' Roll to
the present, for all to enjoy into the future.
Lance has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, mainly as a solo performer. He is an accomplished guitarist and has also performed as a lead vocalist and guitarist for many popular country and rock bands in New Zealand and Australia.
Dave started his career in Sydney in the early 60's playing with 'The Ricochets'. He has appeared on stage with well-known artists Johnny O'Keefe, Warren Williams, Roland Storm and Slim DeGrey. He has extensive experience in country rock and other musical styles.
Graeme was involved as lead guitarist in several bands in Hobart, Tasmania in the late
Jeff started on drums at the tender age of six, then learned piano for the next five years. Drumming was his great love and since his early years 20's, has played in cabaret, giving him the opportunity to play all styles. Jeff's precise timing gives this band the edge.
